Training event

Our trainers are very experienced and have worked directly with a wide range of organisations to enhance understanding of the law relating to equality of opportunity and discrimination and its implications in practice.
Our training provides tools that enable participants to put equality and diversity theory into practice in their everyday work, and supports organisations to evidence equality and diversity outcomes. Our training for schools event will enable participants to:

-
learn who is protected under the Equality Act 2010
-
learn what types of behaviour and discrimination are unlawful
-
review their own organisation’s policies and procedures and identify any changes needed in order to comply with the Equality Act 2010
-
learn how to evidence the Public Sector Equality Duty to advance equality of opportunity for protected groups
